To the west of Sydney lies the Blue Mountains. The World Listed Heritage Park can be accessed by road from the State Capital in approximately 2 hours drive and continues to extend for over 1 million hectares, much of which are the eight regional Conservation Reserves..

Explorers to the region can expect to find an abundance of plants and wildlife. For those more adventurous, canyons, waterfalls and underground caverns await. For those that like to stay on the main paths, sights such as the ‘Three Sisters’ (pictured above) are not to be missed.

The Blue Mountains are home to many Festivals, Tours, Bush Walks, Retreats and Spa’s. No matter what you plan to do whilst you are there, you are guaranteed to fill you lungs with pure, fresh mountain air at every breath.

Blue Mountains Tourism is a great resource for those planning a trip to the area.
