How to Pick Up Your Rental Car at Brisbane Airport
Our complimentary shuttle bus service runs throughout operating hours (Mon-Fri: 6am-10pm; Sat & Sun: 6am-7pm) from both the Domestic and International terminals.
Save yourself the hassle of driving within the airport chaos and hop on our shuttle bus instead for a short ride to our Hendra depot where your car will be waiting for you. Here’s how it works:
1. Collect Your Luggage: Head to the baggage carousel after landing and collect your bags.
2. Request Your Shuttle: Use our app to request your shuttle, or call us on 1 800 474 258 or (+61) 07 5555 8908. You’ll receive a message 24-48h before pick-up with instructions.
3. Head to Your Pick-Up Zone: Follow the instructions below for your terminal. Our team will meet you at the designated shuttle zone.
4. Shuttle Ride & Collect Your Vehicle: Enjoy a quick 8-minute (4.7km) ride to our Brisbane Airport depot. We’ll have your keys and paperwork ready. Then you’re on the road.

- Head up the escalators to the sky bridge
- Turn right at the Air Train, follow signs for “Buses & Coaches A-B”
- Proceed to Meeting Zone A Red to find our shuttle bus
